One of the main purposes of the Waxhaw Woodturners is to educate and instruct people about woodturning.  To support this, we're proud to offer a mentoring program to club members in good standing.  As a club, we're fortunate to have several members with a wide variety of woodturning skills that have graciously offered to provide instruction to those seeking assistance.  Whether it be bowl turning, turning pens, or any other aspect of woodturning, our mentors are available to club members at no cost.  Club members who are interested in participating should contact program coordinator Joe Giannina (joegiannina@gmail.com/361-816-3629).  Please explain the type of help you are looking for and you'll be paired with a mentor who will be able to assist.
